Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced

Senior Product Manager

to lead the development of next-generation platforms supporting credit decisioning, pricing strategies, and data-driven lending operations. This role drives innovation across core lending systems and delivers customer-focused solutions at scale. Your base pay range is

$120,000.00/yr - $144,000.00/yr . Your Mission

Define and communicate

objectives and key results (OKRs)

in collaboration with product, engineering, and business leads Build and manage a

product roadmap

that balances immediate deliverables with long-term technology transformation goals Own the full product lifecycle: from discovery and user story creation to backlog grooming, release planning, and risk mitigation Partner closely with engineering leads to align delivery efforts with product goals and organizational priorities Lead stakeholder communications, including

updates to executive leadership

using performance metrics and insights Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless execution of initiatives across domains Use customer and market feedback to inform product direction and prioritize enhancements Stay informed on trends in fintech, lending, and digital transformation to identify new opportunities What You Bring

5+ years of experience in product management or strategy roles within a

technology-forward financial services

or fintech environment Proven ability to align product decisions with

business strategy

and long-term technical goals Demonstrated experience managing

complex software platforms , preferably related to credit, pricing, or data systems Strong command of

data analysis

to measure success, validate hypotheses, and guide prioritization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives A collaborative,

customer-first mindset , with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Strategic Vision : Ability to connect product features to business growth, cost efficiency, and long-term tech maturity Data-Driven Mindset : Use metrics and experimentation to drive roadmap and iterative improvements Customer Centricity : Deep understanding of user needs and translating those into innovative solutions Change Leadership : Skilled at leading through transformation and managing evolving priorities Cross-Functional Influence : Navigate stakeholder dynamics and drive alignment across business and tech teams Benefits

This is a

hybrid

role with an expectation to be onsite

three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday)

at one of our hub locations in
