FirstCash $17.00 to $29.25 per hour This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in "fast-tracking" into a Store Management position. Retail Store Management Trainee
to join our team. This role is aimed at external retail assistant managers and store managers eager to advance into Store Management. Requires at least 1 year retail management experience. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% commission on transactions, averaging an additional $2.22 per hour on top of your hourly rate. Responsibilities include Customer engagement and issue resolution. Training and developing staff. Recruiting top talent. Opening and closing store procedures. Asset protection and inventory control. Financial analysis and profitability management. Operational standards adherence. Loan qualification and management. Self-development and training. Team communication and motivation. Acting manager duties in absence of Store Manager. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, climbing, etc. Supervisory experience. Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification. Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. 45+ hours/week, based on business needs. Computer literacy and POS experience. Multi-tasking and organizational skills. Cash handling experience. Independent work capability. Strong work ethic and business acumen. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply!
