Customer service and issue resolution. Training and developing staff. Store opening/closing, cash handling, and asset protection. Financial analysis and goal achievement. Ensuring operational standards and store presentation. Recruitment and team leadership. Minimum Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent. Effective supervision skills and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Computer literacy and cash handling experience. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Additional notes:
