We are seeking an organized professional with a positive attitude and a desire for professional growth to lead project planning, coordination, and site management in collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
This opportunity provides exposure to project management, cost control, permitting, compliance, occupational safety, bidding, and contract administration.
Responsibilities
Review plans, specifications, and contractual documents.
Coordinate with designers, architects, and engineers.
Monitor the overall project schedule (MS Project).
Prepare preliminary budgets and verify consistency with cost estimates.
Identify necessary permits and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate bidding processes and subcontractor selection.
Develop the project communication and safety plan.
Supervise execution according to plans and schedule.
Control costs, quality, and on-site safety.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and deliveries; manage inventory.
Process change orders and progress reports.
Manage submittals, submittal logs, shop drawings, and RFIs.
Review and close punch lists.
Deliver documentation, warranties, and manuals.
Coordinate final inspections and client handover.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience in construction project management.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Procore and Bluebeam (AutoCAD and Microsoft Project preferred).
Working knowledge of OSHA/PR OSHA standards, cost control, and bidding processes.
Ability to lead multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and provide assertive solutions.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Preferred Certifications: PMP, OSHA-30/510, CM-Lean, QC/SSHO.
Experience in regulated projects (commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, pharmaceutical, or federal).

Pay: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
