Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC Incentive:

$15,000 bonus for new hire or $10,000 for new Radiologic Technologist graduate hire (paid over the course of two years) Relocation:

Qualified new hire relocating, in order to take the job, will receive $3,000 relocation assistance (paid within 30 days from start date). What You'll Do : Performs diagnostic radiology procedures by utilizing equipment and employing techniques and procedures that are appropriate to the entire span of ages served in accordance with accepted standards of practice, and demonstrating expertise in limiting radiation exposure to patients and other members of the health care team. Assists radiologists and other qualified staff physicians with invasive procedures, patient scheduling, clerical and image processing functions. What You'll Need: Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology. Minimum six months experience as a diagnostic Radiologic Technologist preferred. One year experience with patients preferred. Registered and certified with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registry eligible and must become registered within 12 months of hire. Certifications from other areas of specialty required. BLS (CPR) certification. Skills for Success: Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to communicate on a professional level with physicians, nurses and other ancillary professional staff Ability to maintain daily schedules Clinical skills to enable recognition and to function accordingly in relation to priorities of patient needs Performs effectively with frequent workload changes and competing demands Basic computer skills Pay Range $28.05 - $42.10
