Provide nursing care to patients, assisting in their care under RN supervision, with understanding of psychiatric and personality disorders. Coordinate and deliver general and psychiatric nursing care to patients with substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric and emotional disorders. Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team, supporting the organization’s philosophy of care and ensuring patient safety and well-being. Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing program or relevant state licensure. Current unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state. CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment. Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting, especially with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or geriatric patients, preferred. Experience with patient assessments, treatment planning, and communication with review organizations. Additional Details
