Commercial HVAC – Refrigeration Technician
in

well-established mechanical contractor specializing in commercial HVAC and refrigeration service, repair, and installation . The
Commercial HVAC – Refrigeration Technician
is responsible for performing diagnostics, service, and repair on commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, RTUs, and HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Safely handle refrigerants and comply with EPA regulations Complete service reports and communicate with clients on job status Work independently or with a team in the field across commercial sites Qualifications
Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC system components, and tools Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation Skilled in brazing, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repair Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Clean driving record and ability to travel locally Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED Certificate or training in HVAC/Refrigeration (preferred) EPA 608 Certification required (Type II or Universal preferred) 2+ years of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration experience preferred For immediate consideration, our MI Tech Division can be called at 248-268-3191 ext 135 or you can text us at 586-943-2598.
