Job Description
We are seeking skilled and experienced Tool & Die Makers to build, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of progressive, compound, and secondary dies. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our production operations and delivering quality tooling solutions to meet customer requirements. This position reports directly to the Tool Room Manager. Key Responsibilities
Build and troubleshoot new tooling according to design requirements Modify existing tooling based on customer changes and specifications Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot tooling to ensure seamless production operations Perform changeovers on multi-part tooling Collaborate with multiple departments to address tooling needs Communicate progress and updates with the Tool Room Manager Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Follow ISO procedures and safety guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency 401(k) Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications
High School Diploma required; TMA certification or equivalent preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool and die making within a manufacturing environment Proficient in operating tool room equipment safely and efficiently Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively Willingness to work overtime when needed
