About the Role
We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a skilled and compassionate
Medical Assistant
to support healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will assist with clinical and administrative duties, maintain efficient patient flow, and ensure a professional and patient‑centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support physicians and providers with patient care and clinical procedures.
Schedule appointments, manage patient charts, and update records accurately in EPIC.
Prepare instruments, rooms, and equipment according to established protocols.
Uphold patient confidentiality, autonomy, and dignity at all times.
Perform chaperone duties for medical procedures when required.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant certificate program preferred.
Certification/Registration (CCMA, CMA, AAMA, or RMA) preferred and may substitute for formal training.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a private practice, primary care, or specialty office preferred.
Proficiency in EMR systems (EPIC preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
CPR certification and bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
