Job Description: Cuts, trims, or scarf metal objects to dimensions, contour, or bevel specified by blueprints, sketches, job operation sheet, or oral instructions, using a hand torch. Must be able to arc gouge, back gouge, chamfer and bevel.
Basic Qualifications
Must be able to arc gouge, back gouge, chamfer and bevel.
Must be able to pass a skill assessment test.
Preferred Qualifications
Shipboard or industrial experience.
Mississippi Scholars Tech Master certification preferred.
