Technical Sales Representative

to support our North/South Carolina territory. TSRs focus on developing and growing both new and existing customer relationships within their territory, including inter-territory support and account management across multiple locations. This role requires exercising independent judgment and a proactive approach. *This position is local to the Greater Fayetteville & Charleston areas. Relocation assistance is not available at this time.* Responsibilities and Requirements

Outbound communication to customers and prospects to identify needs and provide Krayden’s solutions, engaging with purchasing and engineering teams. Troubleshoot complex customer issues and handle inquiries and service requests. Respond to RFPs, quotes, regional referrals, blanket orders, and large order discounts. Use customer data to target high-potential accounts and match business opportunities. Identify sales opportunities through probing customer needs. Build brand awareness and promote Krayden’s products and services. Retain sales within assigned accounts. Develop and execute account plans to grow business with existing and new customers. Coordinate special product offerings with product managers to increase sales. Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and other departments on strategic campaigns. Travel routinely to visit customers and attend trade shows. Participate in Krayden and supplier training programs. Qualify new business opportunities using available resources. Prepare expense reports, budgets, and other documentation timely. Perform duties in compliance with AS/ISO standards and accounting regulations. Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of industry experience; chemical manufacturing or distribution preferred. Knowledge in electronics, aerospace, transportation, adhesives, or contract manufacturing is highly desirable. Proven success in sales growth, customer retention, and business results. Experience providing value-added services to customers. Strong skills in PC applications and CRM software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and listening skills. Leadership ability to motivate others. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Background in industrial distribution or chemical manufacturing is a plus.
