Pay: $30.27–$36.32/hr + $1/hr shift differential
Job Description
Advanced knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, ladder logic (minor code changes), and related controls
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace VFDs, servos, camera/vision systems, online production printers, motors, robots, and other machine control devices
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings
Proactively detect equipment trends, root causes & variances; develop and implement action plans for improvements
Troubleshoot pneumatic/hydraulic systems
Actively perform scheduled maintenance on all plant and production equipment
Quickly respond to and correct equipment issues
Cross‑train Maintenance team on skills as appropriate
Basic use of power tools and hand tools
Experience • 8+ years of maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education
Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred: AS Degree in Automation/Electronics or Industrial Maintenance Technology/Mechatronics
5+ years’ experience working in a high‑speed manufacturing environment, food manufacturing/packaging experience, blending/batching/FDA or other regulatory experience.
