Job Summary
Responsible for managing and supervising daily operations within the assigned nursing department, focusing on high-quality, cost-effective patient care. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and participates in budgeting, policy development, and performance improvement activities. Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma or degree). Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or multi-state compact license. Experience: 2–4 years of relevant clinical or leadership experience. Skills & Abilities: Strong clinical knowledge of disease management and care pathways Effective communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities

Mentor, coach, evaluate, and support nursing staff Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures Oversee orientation and ongoing education initiatives Foster job satisfaction and professional growth
Develop and manage department budget Monitor and analyze monthly financial reports Implement cost-saving initiatives Ensure accurate patient charging and resource allocation

Mentor, coach, evaluate, and support nursing staff Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures Oversee orientation and ongoing education initiatives Foster job satisfaction and professional growth
Financial & Operational Management
Develop and manage department budget Monitor and analyze monthly financial reports Implement cost-saving initiatives Ensure accurate patient charging and resource allocation
Clinical & Quality Oversight
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes Lead development of clinical guidelines and care standards Manage patient flow (admissions, discharges, transfers) Direct quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
Customer Service & Communication
Address and resolve patient/staff issues promptly Promote satisfaction through proactive service recovery Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Working Relationships & Supervision
Directly supervises staff and conducts performance evaluations Works closely with patients, families, peers, and upper management Regular interaction with director-level leadership and external partners
Special Considerations
Must meet and maintain Clinical Manager Level II criteria. Additional duties may be assigned based on departmental needs. Seniority level
