Role:
Clinical Manager III - Days (Permanent) Relocation offered. Qualifications
Experience:
2–4 years of relevant clinical management or leadership experience Leadership Experience:
1–2 years specifically in Operating Room (OR) management or leadership License/Certifications:
Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license CNOR highly preferred Responsibilities
Leadership & Staff Management:
Supervise, mentor, evaluate, and coach nursing staff to promote professional growth and high performance. Interpret and enforce hospital policies and procedures; initiate corrective action when necessary. Ensure staff compliance with hospital policies and maintain competency through orientation and ongoing education. Promote interdisciplinary collaboration to improve outcomes and patient care delivery. Directly supervise staff, including performance evaluations and ongoing professional development.
Operational & Fiscal Management:
Oversee budget planning and execution; monitor monthly budget reports and seek cost-saving opportunities. Manage staffing levels and resources to ensure effective, efficient care delivery. Oversee appropriate, accurate billing and charge processes. Participate in long-term planning for capital equipment and resource needs.
Patient Care & Quality Improvement:
Develop and implement care guidelines and clinical pathways for specific patient populations. Identify areas for improvement, implement evidence-based practices, and monitor outcomes. Lead and direct performance improvement initiatives to meet compliance and regulatory requirements. Ensure smooth patient transitions including admissions, transfers, and discharges. Facilitate effective communication among nursing staff, physicians, and other departments. Resolve problems promptly and professionally, ensuring continuity of care and customer satisfaction. Work closely with other departments and leadership to develop new programs and implement process improvements.
