Overview As an independent lease holder in Walmart stores, you will lead patient care, manage your own practice schedule, and maintain autonomy over fee structures and operations.
Responsibilities
Launch and operate your eye care services within Walmart or Sam's Club stores.
Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
Control your patient schedule.
Set your fee schedule and retain 100% of exam/professional fees.
Maintain high standards of patient care and comply with all applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
Valid state optometry license.
Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school (optional).
Valid state ophthalmology license (optional).
General Liability Certificate/Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
Fair Market Value Options
Advanced Equipment/instrumentation.
Administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services if state allows.
Licensing Agreement ME/VA license agreements are with Gumberg Asset Management Company.
