Infant Feeding Advisor

14.48 hours (0.4 wte).
Permanent:
As this post is part‑time, the salary will be pro‑rata.
Salary:
AfC Band 6.
Key responsibilities:
Work with existing Infant Feeding Advisors within community and acute services to support UNICEF accreditation and reduce the drop‑off in breastfeeding at 6–8 weeks.
Support community midwifery teams in NHS Grampian and provide direct care for mothers and infants within postnatal wards and the Tongue‑Tie Clinic.
Attend other sites as required; based at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital.
