Radiology Technologist - FLEX ($5,000 Sign-On) role at GoHealth Urgent Care, in partnership with Northwell Health. Location: Greater NYC. Status: Full-Time | Flex. The Flex Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with Medical Providers and/or Medical Assistants to examine and treat GoHealth Urgent Care patients. This role provides a variety of technical procedures and applies prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Responsibilities include performing and analyzing patient X-rays and reporting results to Medical Providers. Additional duties include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Centers. The Flex RT completes all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner, while aligning with our vision and values. The role travels across sites to render care as patient care needs arise; this mobility exposes the RT to varied urgent care settings and increases exposure to X-ray procedures. Key Responsibilities

Provide x-ray services as needed under the clinical direction of the Medical Provider. Position patients correctly and protect them during imaging. Travel between multiple sites to provide X-ray services. Assist patients including pushing patients in wheelchairs as needed. Perform daily controls and calibration of equipment; maintain QA/QC logs; troubleshoot breakdowns; submit repair tickets; and perform preventive maintenance. Travel requirements include Mobile RT driving and flexibility to meet patient and organizational needs. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures preferred. Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. Social perceptiveness and service orientation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software preferred. Core Competencies

High School Diploma (required) Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program (required) Certifications (Required At Time Of Hire): Basic Life Support (BLS) required at time of hire (ARC or AHA). ARRT registration required. Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required. Valid State Driver’s License Must pass MVR background check Experience
