You Will Love this Job The Construction Manager will oversee all construction activities on‑site to ensure alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget.
Specific Responsibilities
Manage Balance of Plant (BOP) installation and integration.
Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Leadership & Team Management
Support on‑site teams, including safety officers, contractors, and project engineers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all site construction‑related matters.
Foster a collaborative and solution‑focused work environment.
Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.
Identify and address potential risks, delays, or issues proactively.
Ensure timely communication between the project office, general contractors, and subcontractors.
Enforce all safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and project specifications.
Requirements
Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent hands‑on experience in the construction industry.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive construction experience, including supervisory or coordination roles on power generation or industrial projects.
Demonstrated ability to support and deliver construction projects valued at $25M+ successfully.
Familiarity with data center construction protocols and infrastructure.
Working knowledge of Jenbacher engines, power generation systems, and BOP installation.
Field experiences supporting mechanical and electrical trades during installation and commissioning.
PMP certification or similar project‑management credential (or willingness to pursue).
Professionalism & Integrity: Trustworthy, reliable, and consistently professional in all interactions.
Self‑Management: Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Team Collaboration: A supportive attitude and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and contractors.
