What You Will Do

Actively participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety activities.

Remain informed of and understand CSL and TAT goals for the team.

Work in close cooperation with supervision and other support personnel to resolve problems as necessary.

As a certified trainer, you will be responsible for training employees on 80% of the product line in the facility.

Lead or co‑lead and implement projects related to business objectives.

Utilize computer systems (SAP) by entering and retrieving information to perform normal daily activities.

Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a neat and orderly work area.

Work to specifications and use all required equipment to perform assigned work according to FAA and company regulations.

Interface with customers (government or auditors) as necessary.

Inspect and disposition components and modules. Perform rework/repair, scrap, and replace/order components, modules, and LRU’s as required.

Assemble, disassemble, perform minor cleaning, inspect, troubleshoot, and test all types of actuators accessory components as required.

Check clearances, tolerances, and alignment, making necessary replacements and adjustments to assure conformance to manufacturer specifications/configurations.

Record data to accept or reject criteria to approved maintenance data, make changes and repairs as required, provide proper parts identification such as part number and serialization.

Verify electrical continuity, insulation resistance testing, and dielectric testing of electromechanical devices.

Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications You Must Have

High school diploma (or equivalent, e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Mechanic or Repair Station Certificate required per 14 CFR Part 65.

Qualifications We Prefer

AA/AS degree preferred, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma, Skilled Trades Apprenticeship, or other post‑high‑school training.

8 years of work experience in Actuation Repair and Overhaul with at least 5 years of direct product experience; able to work unsupervised on all products and functions in the FAA 145 repair station.

A&P license, FCC, Military Technical education/training; journeyman license a plus.
