Autumn Lake Healthcare , Beloit, WI. The Therapy Department is looking for a full‑time OT to provide outstanding individualized care to residents of our skilled nursing facility.
Job Responsibilities Using therapeutic techniques, you will improve, rehabilitate, or maintain patients' motor skills and overall ability to perform everyday activities. You will assess patients' physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan. You must communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams, and clearly document treatment plans and progress.
Qualifications
An active state OT license is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to document treatment plans and progress.
Experience working in a cohesive team environment (preferred).
Unlimited employee referral bonus, up to $1,000 each (additional to salary).
Multiple locations offered for PRN coverage; potential full‑time opportunity at additional locations.
Direct hire position; we are not an agency.
