AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Senior Construction Manager/Resident Engineer for immediate employment in Fort Worth, TX. This role allows you to utilize leadership skills on Water and Wastewater Treatment and Conveyance projects. Job requirements include: Lead on-site delivery of construction management (CM) services and manage a staff of CM professionals including Assistant RE/CMs, Office Engineers, Inspectors, and other CM professionals as necessary. Support construction safety implementation; develop a safety culture within the project CM Team and ensure safety programs are submitted, approved, and followed by all parties. Implement schedule, cost, quality, communication, decision-making, and information tools and processes across the project. Support program and project controls activities through schedule control, cost control, change management, risk management, and reporting tools. Lead project meetings with contractor and stakeholders. Actively manage and report on the status of the construction schedule and budget; monitor contract progress and recommend payments to the client. Foster a cooperative partnership between client, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support project success. Demonstrate effective risk management and mitigation through identification, assessment, tracking, and communication. Enforce contract documents including plans and specifications. Understand or develop start-up and commissioning plans and identify related resources as necessary. Maintain electronic document control systems and project files/documentation. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: BA/BS + 8 years or more of relatable or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor 4-Year Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree. PE or CCM preferred. Ten (10) years of progressively challenging experience on major construction projects performing Construction Management. Construction management experience on water and/or wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, storage facilities, and conveyance pipelines. Experience on projects valued at $50M and greater. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of construction scheduling (P6). Experience with PMIS/CMIS software. Familiarity with Alternative Delivery, including CMAR or Design-Build. Strong written and verbal communication skills and leadership abilities. Experience working in/for municipal agencies or utility infrastructure organizations. Ability to respond proactively in a high-paced environment and adapt to changes. Additional Information

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $115,000.00 - $195,000.00. About AECOM
