About the Role
Join a state-of-the‑art manufacturing operation as a
2nd Shift Industrial Automation Technician . You’ll keep high‑speed equipment running safely and reliably through proactive PMs, rapid troubleshooting, minor PLC/HMI code changes, and systematic improvements that protect product quality.
What You’ll Do
Execute PM/PdM and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime Service VFDs, servos, robots, motors, printers, and vision systems Interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and drawings Diagnose pneumatic/hydraulic issues and implement corrective actions Drive root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement projects Maintain safety compliance, housekeeping, and documentation standards Cross‑train peers and support skill‑building across the maintenance team
What You Bring
8+ years maintenance experience (or equivalent education/experience) Advanced electrical controls plus strong mechanical aptitude Experience in high‑speed manufacturing preferred Valid driver’s license; eligible MVR to operate powered lifts Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., FDA) a plus
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits
2nd Shift (full‑time); overtime generally voluntary except for emergencies Competitive hourly pay by level, plus $1/hr shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift Bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees
