Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, career‑ and customer‑oriented Journeyman Field Service Technician in Doral, FL (possible other locations: Key West, Newport, FL, and Naval Station Guantánamo Bay). Join a team dedicated to mission demands requiring technology and the right people working together with precision and purpose. This full‑time, onsite position offers a salary range of $55–61K annually and requires a Secret security clearance. Responsibilities

Provide advanced onsite and remote technical support, specializing in complex troubleshooting and problem resolution. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure equipment, and provide technical assistance to end users. Perform onsite maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients and help develop/maintain knowledge‑base articles and training materials. Escalate complex issues to senior technicians and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma; a related bachelor’s degree may grant 2 years’ experience credit. 3+ years of experience with at least 2 years of position‑specific experience. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including network troubleshooting and configuration. Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems. Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices. Experience with end‑user device support (desktops, laptops, mobile devices). Experience with Active Directory and remote desktop tools. Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), scripting and automation tools, and ticketing systems. CompTIA A+ Certification. Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM). Benefits
