Motion Technologies: manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets. Industrial Process: manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, mining, and other industrial process markets and is a provider of plant optimization and efficiency solutions and aftermarket services and parts. Connect and Control Technologies: manufactures harsh-environment connector solutions, critical energy absorption, flow control components, and composite materials for the aerospace and defense, general industrial, medical, and energy markets. Position Summary

Position: Engineering Co-op (January 2026 start) Location: Westminster, SC Major: Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, Automotive or related) Academic Schedule: 3 rotations (January - May 2026, August - December 2026 and May - August 2027) Status: Full Time (40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday) Rate of pay: $20 to $22 per hour depending on class year Job Description

Compact Automation Products belongs to the ITT family of companies. With a dedicated focus on technical solutions for specific application needs we can supply customers with the latest technologies in Hydraulic Cylinders for linear motion and force, Air Cylinders for pneumatic linear reciprocating motion and Linear Actuators that can use different mediums to achieve straight line motion control. This rotational position will provide the successful candidate with impactful opportunities in Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality. Essential Responsibilities

Update Manufacturing work instruction manuals. Work with Operations Management, Engineering and Quality to investigate and capture priorities and tasks Use Excel and MS Word to track and update project documents Concept and Create 3D models, production drawings, and Bill of Materials Complete analysis of Customer applications and Manufacturing requirements Participate in product testing and product development Assist in manufacturing process improvement projects Perform other duties as assigned Position Requirements

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and global employees, including the ability to motivate and energize Must have a thirst for learning and passion for solving complex problems Ability to work in a combination office and assembly/machining environment Must wear safety glasses and safety shoes Requirements

Enrolled in an Engineering program with a minimum 2.50 GPA Equal Pay Act Statement
