Store Manager
is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position and is responsible for the overall operations of a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. This job is 100% performance-based. Key Responsibilities
Write and review repair orders, estimates, and inspections. Dispatch and prioritize jobs to ensure every vehicle is inspected & presented within 45 minutes. Sell recommended services and maintain high customer satisfaction. Train and manage Service Advisors, CSRs, and Technicians. Monitor KPIs like technician productivity, first-time fix rate, and service time. Conduct meetings, set goals, and drive sales performance. Control expenses (parts, labor, warranty claims, comebacks). Manage inventory, parts ordering, and vendor returns. Oversee compliance, safety, and shop appearance. Qualifications
3-5 years Automotive Retail sales and/or management experience Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Organizational Skills - Attention to Detail Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays Valid driver’s license Job Benefits
