Kiewit Industrial Group is looking for a MEP Project Manager who can lead projects greater than $500 million for vertical buildings in the Advanced Technology Facilities (ATF) markets of semiconductor, data center, and battery manufacturing facilities. Duties include leading a team of estimators, participating in and implementing win strategies, preparing conceptual estimates using historical and current market data, presenting estimates to executive management and clients, reading and interpreting documents, soliciting subcontractors, analyzing drawings and specifications, providing lowest cost design options for construction, value management, reviewing and assisting with proposals, and other duties as required to prepare cost estimates/proposals for various types of work, including self-perform. This is a full-time position, supporting projects across North America. Travel to project locations and Kiewit offices as required. Project location and durations may vary across the United States and Canada with relocation and per diem options available for longer and shorter-duration projects. Responsibilities

Provide guidance to estimators and engineers in the development phase of a collaborative contract model. Own the project schedule/scope and budget for the project as it advances into construction. Participate in task force meetings with designers and engineers and bring constructability to the project solution. Develop the logic behind the project schedule (sequencing works/work breakdown structure). Communicate and present details to executive management, permitting agencies, stakeholders, and owners; keep stakeholders informed of project status through regular meetings and reporting. Analyze drawings and specifications to evaluate risks and opportunities and engage with engineers to ensure the design process is on schedule. Interface with project controls/finance to ensure the project stays on time, within budget, and risk is minimized. Review and assist with proposals with the BD team, and work with the estimating team to evaluate best value and options. Support the selection of key subcontractors and trade partners for the project. Demonstrate excellent collaborative behaviors in a multi-stakeholder environment and foster a culture of innovation. Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in construction management, construction engineering, or other engineering/technical disciplines and at least 8 years of project management experience for engineering/construction projects. If no degree, at least 12 years of PM experience on engineering/construction projects. Ability to generate conceptual estimates for the Advanced Technology Facilities construction market. Ability to lead estimates and multiple matrixed teams of engineers, project controls/schedulers assigned to your project. Strong work ethic with focus on quality, safety and innovation. Strong attention to detail and strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills. Demonstrated success as a PM delivering projects on time and within budget while minimizing risk. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to demonstrate strong leadership, agility to work at all levels, and emotional resilience. Other Requirements
