You will contribute in areas such as Data & Analytics, Automation & AI, Supply Chain Technology, Corporate IT Functions, or Program Management (PMO) and gain insight into how IT powers a Fortune 500 company. The KDP 2026 Winter Co-Op Program runs from January 5 – May 22, 2026 Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday–Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Hybrid (Frisco, TX) Responsibilities

Deliver impactful IT solutions that improve efficiency and enable smarter business decisions. Analyze data, build reports, and identify insights that help drive company-wide strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that shape how we work and serve customers. Explore emerging technologies such as automation, AI, and advanced analytics to propose new ideas. Gain exposure to KDP’s Product Operating Model and agile ways of working while contributing to sprint planning, scrums, and reviews. Own a project from start to finish and present your recommendations directly to KDP leadership. Elements of the Co-Op Program

Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross-functional team environment Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders Receive professional development training in networking, professional skills, and presenting Be paired with a mentor to enhance knowledge of other parts of the business Complete a project from start to finish and present it and takeaways to your team and stakeholders Total Rewards

$31/hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Available to work full-time for the duration of the program. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to data visualization, programming, or ERP systems is preferred. A curious, self-driven mindset with a passion for using technology to solve business problems. Please note: This position is limited to persons with permanent right to work in the United States.
