Moline, IL , you will… Own overall strategic vision for portfolio of on-machine and off-machine Jobsite Safety solutions inclusive of on-machine solutions for Construction and Compact Construction Equipment to meet overall business objectives and customer requirements. Lead discovery, value identification and business outcomes for Jobsite Safety solutions across earthmoving portfolio. Work jointly with Sr. Technology Product Manager for construction automation on discovery and execution of Intelligent Solution Group enabled jobsite safety solutions. Lead the planning and execution of pilot programs, field tests, and customer trials to validate and refine jobsite safety solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional team including Construction Engineering, Advanced Research and Development, Intelligent Solutions Group, Product Marketing, and Sales in support of product development and go-to-market efforts. Collaborate across Product Manager peer group to ensure end-to-end solutions maximize value to customers. Act as jobsite safety subject matter expert and stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancement in jobsite safety technology to provide strategic insights and recommendations. Strong drive to succeed in team environment and high learning agility. Working knowledge of jobsite safety technology and product management principles. Working knowledge of construction and compact construction equipment and applications/customer needs. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%. What Makes You Stand Out

Experience thinking strategically to define overall vision, product roadmaps, and execution metrics. Extensive experience with jobsite safety technologies including camera systems, machine learning, computer vision, and sensor integration. Extensive experience on earthmoving jobsites with construction and compact construction equipment in engineering, sales, support, operations or construction execution role. Experience collaborating with and influencing others across functional areas/departments. A passion for mentoring others and a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, Finance or Business.
