Combine/Front-End Equipment Product Specialist
for the John Deere

division, located in

IL , you will be a product expert working with our field teams and dealer channel partners in a dedicated geography in the US as well as supporting market launch activities and sales tool creation. In addition, you will: Develop deep product, production system, customer, and job (harvest) expertise. Lead training events, demonstrate our products, effectively communicate the value of our solutions to field team members, dealer professionals, and customers. Create sales tools and marketing launch content to support both product and sales activities. Execute benchmarking and photo/video development events. Support customer consideration and evaluation activities (farm shows, factory tours, dealer and/or customer clinics, demonstrations). VISA Sponsorship is NOT Available for this position. What Skills You Need
Harvest production step and equipment knowledge with the ability to demonstrate deep expertise. Verbal communication skills to assess customer needs and respond appropriately. Written communication and creative skills to manage and create effective sales messages/tools. Proven ability to lead, earn trust, and influence without authority. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability and willingness to travel (up to 75% in season). What Makes You Stand Out
3 or more years of marketing and/or sales experience. 1 or more seasons of combine operation experience. 1 or more years working with dealers. 1 or more years working with customers. Knowledge of Ag products, Ag tech, customer segments, markets, and competitors. Education Details
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, or Ag or equivalent experience in a related field. What You'll Get
