At Elasticity, we build brands that don't just look good in your portfolio—they perform in the real world. Headquartered in St. Louis with team members across the country, we've spent over a decade proving that bold creativity and measurable ROI aren't enemies. They're partners. We've quadrupled sales for spirit brands, increased Scout enrollment by 25% in four months, and helped challenger brands punch way above their weight class. We've partnered with everyone from scrappy startups to big names like GoDaddy, Fireball Shisky, Boom Supersonic, and Hat Club—because great marketing works at any scale when you refuse to compromise. Our tagline?

Stretching boundaries for the better. Our promise?

Marketing that breaks barriers, not budgets. The Opportunity

We're looking for a

mid-level Paid Media Strategist

who gets it: today's paid media landscape requires more than just campaign execution—it demands strategic thinking, creative collaboration, obsessive attention to detail, and the agility to pivot when platforms inevitably throw curveballs. This isn't your typical "set it and forget it" media buying role. You'll be the strategic brain behind campaigns that need to perform across social, programmatic, digital audio/video, and OTT. You'll work directly with clients, translating complex data into compelling narratives that drive real business impact. And because we're a full-service agency, you'll have opportunities to stretch into analytics, strategy, and whatever else lights you up professionally. Translation:

If you're over being just a campaign executor and want to actually influence strategy while working with people who challenge you (and make you laugh), keep reading. What You'll Do
