Our client, a leading healthcare-focused construction company with a strong reputation across Florida, is seeking an
experienced Project Manager
to join their growing team. This role is based in the Tampa / Fort Myers region and offers the opportunity to build a long-term career in the healthcare construction sector. While direct healthcare experience is preferred, the client is also open to strong candidates from
commercial or high-end residential construction
who are eager to learn the industry. Responsibilities
Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and work plans. Oversee subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance. Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on site. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants. Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Drive successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Qualifications
8+ years of project management experience in construction. Background in commercial, healthcare, or high-end residential construction. Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills. Proficiency in project management platforms (Procore, CMiC, or similar). Interest in transitioning into or growing within healthcare construction. What’s Offered
