Project Manager

and work closely with our development and GC partners to deliver high-performing commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading project delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and partnering with Superintendents and field crews to ensure every job is executed safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish
Develop project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost controls
Lead subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract negotiations
Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, and change management
Partner closely with Superintendents to maintain alignment on schedule, quality, and field coordination
Drive OAC meetings and communicate project updates to owners and stakeholders
Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards
Build and foster strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and design teams
Ensure seamless project closeout, including punchlist, turnover, and documentation
5+ years of commercial concrete construction project management experience
Experience managing ground-up, industrial, or commercial projects preferred
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and subcontractor management skills
Proven ability to lead teams and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
A solutions-driven approach and a commitment to teamwork and craft
