Our client is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, vendor coordination, and office logistics across multiple locations. This in‑office role is based in Downtown Baton Rouge and offers a chance to lead high‑impact projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships across all office locations
Serve as primary liaison with building management for security, parking, access, and general upkeep
Manage logistics for conference centers including room setup, catering, and A/V systems
Lead construction, renovation, and office relocation projects, ensuring budget and timeline alignment
Review and advise on contracts with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security)
Supervise facilities support staff and collaborate with office administrators and copy center managers
Provide logistical support for trial teams in remote locations (lodging, equipment, catering, supplies)
Assist in developing and managing the department’s operating budget
Key Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in facilities, real estate, or operations management
Strong understanding of lease agreements, contracts, and vendor management
High attention to detail with a keen eye for design and functionality
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new platforms
Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
