Customer Account Support Specialist

The Customer Account Support Specialist will support the daily Sales and Marketing activities of the departments Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production.
Responsibilities:
Support the Sales and Marketing staff as required. Support and manage new and existing customer accounts as assigned by management. Partner with the Sales Team to maintain positive customer relationships. Assist customers with product, pricing order status, and new contract opportunities. Process internal and external customer transactions such as orders, solicitations, and quotes. Work closely with production to ensure that all orders are shipped on time. Communicate with logistics, production, engineering, accounting, and purchasing departments to obtain prices and lead times for new and existing customer orders. Follow up with internal departments to gain timely responses to customers. Follow up on incoming questions, inquiries via phone, email or teleconference. Execute communications and meetings with customers to keep them informed of quote and order status and to determine customer issues and needs. Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Sales, Customer Account, Customer Service, Customer Support, Marketing, etc. is desired. Experience in warehousing, shipping, and logistics is desired. Excellent presentation and communication skills are required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. US Citizenship, Green Card, Perm Resident is required. A generous salary of $50,000 plus an outstanding benefits package Medical, PTO, Bonus, 401k, etc. will be provided. One plus years’ experience required. On-site Monday through Friday.
