Demand Planner
at
Ciner Glass , you will help lay the foundation for a flawless production and supply chain. With your analytical mind, you will translate market insights and sales trends into accurate demand forecasts, ensuring that our glass bottles are always in the right place at the right time. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, you will ensure stability and flexibility in a dynamic production environment. Thanks to your strategic insight and data-driven approach, you will contribute to the growth of a fast-growing glass packaging manufacturing company. we are looking for! Responsibilities & Key Tasks
Collect, analyze, and consolidate market intelligence, sales inputs, and historical data to generate demand forecasts Maintain and improve forecasting models to support short- and long-term planning Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure consensus-driven forecast development Support monthly demand planning cycles and IBP meetings Prepare and present forecast accuracy reports, identifying gaps and opportunities Contribute to continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and demand planning processes Provide insights and data support to strategic projects and performance reviews Qualifications, Skills & Experience
In possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering (Data Analytics, Data Science or Operations Management Economics), Supply Chain or equivalent through experience 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, data analysis, or a related analytical role Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive learning mindset Capable of synthesizing large datasets into clear insights Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions Driven, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written) Why work at Ciner Glass?
