As our distribution network grows, we need a dependable, organized Logistics Coordinator to keep things moving—on time, on track, and with excellence.
The Role The Logistics Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day flow of goods—from procurement to delivery—ensuring timely fulfillment, smooth communication, and optimal supply chain performance. You’ll serve as the central link between our suppliers, warehouse team, delivery partners, and operations staff.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and track shipments, deliveries, and warehouse transfers
Manage freight quotes, customs documentation, and international shipping logistics
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to confirm timelines and resolve delays
Monitor inventory levels and flag restock needs in coordination with sales and procurement
Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, invoices, and transportation logs
Assist with import/export compliance and product labeling standards
Collaborate with the e-commerce and sales teams to support customer order fulfillment
Qualifications
2–3 years of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination experience
Familiarity with shipping platforms, inventory management systems, and transportation planning
Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot and make quick decisions under pressure
Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export processes (preferred)
Bonus: Experience with food products, Caribbean logistics, or bilingual (English/Spanish or Creole)
