Schedule: Mon/Tues/Wed and Sunday, 1-11pm (4, 10-hour days) Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts' West Meadow program is an on-campus residential setting located on our main campus in Rutland, MA, serving adolescent boys aged 8-12. With a 1:3 staff-to-student ratio, the focus at West Meadow is to identify and address safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, and factors leading to placement, facilitating youth reintegration into their families or next appropriate placement. This position involves managing personal hygiene, chores & room care, meals, medication administration, recreation activities, facilitating peer interactions & socialization, working on treatment goals, and providing transportation for clients, families, or others as assigned. ASCEND – the first career accelerator program , designed to provide behavioral healthcare workers with career guidance, coaching, skills development, and financial assistance. Job Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older Driver's license required Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including complex PTSD, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, or autism spectrum disorders (required) Relevant supervisory experience preferred Must be MAPS certified or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment Schedule: Two weeks of New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA (attendance required every day) Mon/Tues/Wed and Sunday, 1-11pm Devereux maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and promotes a culture of reporting abuse.
