Overview
Assistant Program Manager - Hill Crest role at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. Location: Rutland, MA. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday; 1pm - 11pm. Pay starts at $22.79/hour with additional compensation up to $26.98/hour for higher education and/or relevant experience. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus. This position serves males ages 12-21 with various autism spectrum levels and related disorders. The program focuses on increasing independence, coping and social skills and preparing individuals to move on from Devereux. Ratio: 1 staff to 3 students. Responsibilities
Be passionate about working with and helping youth. Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment. Assist with planning and implementation of programming for individuals. Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed. Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills. Advantages of the Role

Must be 21 years of age or older Driver’s license required Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field 1 year of experience with individuals who have psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, autism spectrum disorders, or related conditions One year of supervisory experience preferred Must be willing to obtain MAP Certification within 90 days of hire Schedule
