The Operations Manager will lead all day-to-day activities within our Dallas warehouse. This includes overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, staffing, safety, and process improvement. We’re seeking a proactive problem-solver—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces accountability, and sees every challenge as an opportunity to improve. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure Detail Provisions runs like a well-oiled machine—efficient, accurate, and client-obsessed. Key Responsibilities
Ownership & Accountability:
Take full responsibility for warehouse performance, accuracy, and efficiency. Lead by example with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach. Operational Leadership:
Oversee daily operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Maintain operational precision across all workflows. Team Development:
Hire, train, and inspire a team that shares your commitment to excellence. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Inventory Management:
Ensure flawless inventory control with proactive cycle counts, audits, and systems accuracy. Process Innovation:
Constantly look for better ways to do things. Identify inefficiencies, propose creative solutions, and execute improvements with measurable impact. Client Partnership:
Collaborate with account management and customer service teams to meet SLAs and deliver a white-glove client experience. Technology Utilization:
Maximize the potential of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other tech tools to drive speed, accuracy, and scalability. Safety & Compliance:
Uphold all safety regulations and company standards. Build a workplace culture that prioritizes safety and organization. Budget & Cost Control:
Manage resources wisely—track budgets, control costs, and drive operational profitability. Qualifications
Experience:
5+ years in warehouse or operations management (3PL experience strongly preferred). Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Comfortable wearing many hats, making decisions, and building systems that didn’t exist yesterday. Attention to Detail:
A passion for precision—you catch the small things before they become big problems. Leadership:
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams. Operational Expertise:
Deep knowledge of inventory control, fulfillment workflows, and warehouse best practices. Tech Fluency:
Experienced with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other logistics technology. Problem Solver:

Strong interpersonal skills—able to clearly communicate with clients, team members, and leadership alike. Preferred Qualifications
