Join Jacobs as a Project Manager - Wastewater. Treating wastewater is necessary for our world’s communities and successful projects increasingly require attention to resource recovery, capital planning and a culture that drives carbon neutrality and climate resilience.
As a Project Manager, you will work with our Wastewater Clients from our Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI office. You’ll grow your career by leading our project teams to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for our Clients. You’ll play an integral role in leading and mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts.
Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering and extensive project management experience for municipal wastewater treatment projects. You should also have a demonstrated understanding of municipal wastewater treatment processes and technologies, multi-discipline design management experience, and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering. Extensive project management experience for municipal wastewater treatment projects. Demonstrated understanding of municipal wastewater treatment processes and technologies. Multi-discipline design management experience. Strong communication skills. Ideally, you will also have more than 15 years of project management experience, a willingness to work with and mentor younger staff, experience with process mechanical design, and a Master’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering. The base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $170,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
