Wastewater Project Manager – Spokane, WA Base pay range:

$111,500.00

to

$195,100.00

per year.

As a Wastewater Project Manager, you will support our core group of engineers and designers for clients across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Your work will focus on wastewater treatment systems and may include stormwater and conveyance projects.

Responsibilities Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of wastewater treatment and conveyance projects, from concept through design, construction services, and commissioning. Lead a multidisciplinary design team to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets, and help advance our business development and growth strategies. Serve as the company’s main point of contact on assigned pursuits and projects, building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred)

Educational emphasis and strong interest in wastewater treatment system design and operation, and wastewater conveyance system design and operation

10+ years of directly applicable project or design team management experience

Professional Engineer license (P.E.) or ability to obtain within 1 year

Proven experience managing and designing small and large wastewater treatment and conveyance projects

Self‑motivation, team‑oriented work practices, strong data analysis skills, technical problem‑solving ability, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred)

10 or more years of direct experience in wastewater treatment and conveyance systems planning and design
