Overview
Product Manager Structural Heart & Interventional Cardiology (EMEA-ANZ). We are seeking a strategic, clinically knowledgeable, and commercially driven Product Manager to lead regional initiatives for our SavvyWire Pre-Shaped Pressure Guidewire (Structural Heart) and OptoWire Pressure Guidewire (Interventional Cardiology) product lines. This hybrid role spans marketing leadership, sales enablement, product lifecycle management, and clinical workflow integration, supporting adoption and growth across the EMEA and ANZ regions. The ideal candidate will act as the regional product champion, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to position both products as best-in-class solutions for TAVI and physiology-guided PCI procedures. This role needs to be based in Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, or France.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Strategy : Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for SavvyWire and OptoWire, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
Market Research : Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategic decisions.
AOP Alignment : Support the development and achievement of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) through targeted initiatives.
Sales Enablement & Field Support : Partner with sales teams to create and deliver tools, programs, and training that drive product adoption and utilization.
Clinical & Technical Support : Provide clinical and technical support during product evaluations, launches, and high-impact cases.
Distributor & Customer Education : Act as a key resource for distributor and customer education, including presentations, workshops, and congress support.
Product & Clinical Workflow Expertise : Develop deep understanding of TAVI workflows and physiology-guided PCI, ensuring product relevance and clinical fit.
Feedback & Improvements : Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and clinical positioning.
Lifecycle Management : Support product lifecycle activities including launches, updates, and obsolescence planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Global Marketing, R&D, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure regional alignment and feedback integration.
Market Access & Evidence : Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development, clinical evidence generation, and market access initiatives.
Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence : Build relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and cath lab staff; conduct VOC initiatives, surveys, and focus groups; monitor product performance, market share, and profitability metrics.
Operational & Strategic Support : Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage product availability; communicate updates to stakeholders; prepare monthly performance reports and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or clinical support within the medical device industry.
Strong understanding of structural heart therapies (TAVI) and interventional cardiology workflows (FFR, PCI).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive commercial success.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 40% across EMEA.
Preferred Skills : Experience with guidewire technologies or pressure guidewire systems; clinical background or experience supporting live cases; multilingual capabilities and familiarity with regional healthcare systems.
