Guest Experience Lead – Lululemon
We are looking for a Guest Experience Lead to join our in‑store leadership team. The role focuses on ensuring every customer receives a high‑quality in‑store experience and supporting the store’s sales and team performance.

Core Responsibilities
Bring the Lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every single guest receives technical product education and assisting the guests when needed.
Lead as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
Prepare for in‑store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout the shift.
Open and close the store following established procedures.
Review daily business data and metrics to drive sales and motivate the team.
Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
Address team member performance and support ongoing learning through feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands‑on experiences.
Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment, establishing supportive relationships and creating a fun, productive workplace.
Qualifications & Experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store.
1 year of retail or customer‑experience experience.
Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating responsibilities to others.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education (preferred).
Any additional experience in retail/sales leadership is a plus.
Food‑service or liquor‑service certification is preferable for experiential stores with food/beverage portions.
Schedule & Availability
Shift schedule varies with store needs; mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Peak times may require early mornings or late nights/overnight shifts.
Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $21.50 – $24.74 per hour (subject to local minimum wage).
Target bonus:
$2.00 per hour, bringing total target base pay to $23.50 – $26.74 per hour.
