Store Support role focuses on non-sales functions across the store. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. Whether directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering customer questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance, these positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include: Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities
Provide non-sales support across the store, including assisting customers with order status, directing customers to departments or merchandise, and performing administrative services. Assist with outstanding customer order fulfillment, customer service, lot operations, and other non-sales tasks as needed. Interact with customers or vendors as required to support store operations; respond to customer questions on product order status and assist with orders as needed. Support cash handling and program compliance as required by store policies. Collaborate with other Associates, vendors, and carriers; work with little or some supervision; stay detail-oriented and manage time effectively. Demonstrate integrity at all times, address operational concerns, and stay focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities.
