Job Description WORK TYPE: Onsite

LOCATION: 950 E. Avenue K, Grand Prairie

WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday 1:00PM-9:30PM

Full Time Team members work 8‑hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.

Peak Season (July‑December) Requirements: Mandatory overtime may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

How you’ll make an impact The BSN SPORTS team is currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team. Your work will positively impact the lives of athletes, coaches and sports teams that seek to utilize cutting‑edge apparel and equipment.

As a Digital Printer Operator, this role uses various systems and media on wide format printers to print orders based on schedule requirements. You will use various computer programs to print orders, perform light maintenance on printers and dryer/shakers, ensure printer quality of all orders processed, and troubleshoot all technology (computer hardware, software, printers, dryer/shakers, UV printers, etc.) to ensure high quality and timely delivery of orders.

What you will do on a daily basis

Use various software packages to prepare and print order files; able to execute process of getting artwork from different network locations into correct software so order can be produced.

Able to execute prints in different formats (e.g., transfers, wall clings, banners, UV).

Understand production schedule and how to properly prioritize orders to ensure the orders that are due are printed to meet or exceed delivery date.

Perform light printer maintenance including refilling inks, cleaning nozzles and print heads, monitoring powder level in dryer/shakers and adding when needed, draining oil from dryer/shakers and cleaning up oil at end of shift.

Monitor quality of all printed items; look for any issues with print quality. If an issue is discovered, report and then troubleshoot the issue to attempt to resolve.

Accurately track and report productivity, reprints and errors.

Assist in maintaining materials and supplies inventory.

May load/unload material (rolls).

Cut and sort transfers; match paperwork to transfer when required.

Other duties as assigned.

Basic computer skills; able to learn/use RIP software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Sheets.

Able to troubleshoot technical details (printer operations) and use root‑cause analysis on print quality issues.

Learn tasks quickly, be detail oriented, accurate, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.

Candidates are required to differentiate and coordinate colors and identify a variety of quality issues.

Ability to work in a structured and process‑oriented environment.

Ability to multi‑task and solve problems.

Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers.

Knowledge / Experience / Education

HS Diploma or GED (required).

Previous warehouse experience is a bonus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience.

At least 2‑3 years of continued work experience.

Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time (8 hours minimally), repetitive movement of the body, lifting no less than 5‑40 lbs. on a frequent basis, 41‑85 lbs on an occasional basis, and must be able to tolerate working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment (including seasonal exposure to heat and humidity). Must be able to push/pull 5‑35 lbs occasionally.
