About The Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Master Data Manager with strong expertise in data analytics and Power BI to lead master data governance across our consumer healthcare and CPG operations. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data that drives key business functions such as product lifecycle management, supply chain, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of master data principles, hands‑on experience with data visualization tools, and a passion for turning data into insights that support strategic decision‑making in a fast‑paced, consumer‑driven environment. Main Responsibilities

Own and manage master data domains including product, customer, vendor, and material data across ERP and CRM systems. Partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to ensure data integrity and alignment with business needs. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor data quality, business performance, and operational KPIs. Lead data cleansing, enrichment, and harmonization initiatives to support product launches, promotions, and regulatory compliance. Implement and enforce data governance policies, standards, and workflows tailored to the consumer healthcare and CPG context. Support analytics projects by providing clean, structured, and reliable data sets for reporting and forecasting. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on data integration and migration efforts during system upgrades or acquisitions. Train business users on data stewardship best practices and Power BI usage. About You

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in master data management, preferably in consumer healthcare or CPG industries. Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel; experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is highly desirable. Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP, GDSN). Experience working with product hierarchies, GTINs, UPCs, and other CPG‑specific data attributes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with consumer healthcare product data (e.g., supplements, OTC medications). Experience with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) and retail analytics. Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake) and data lake architectures. Certification in Power BI, DAMA, or CDMP is a plus. Why Us?
