We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for The Lexington Apartments in Agoura Hills, CA.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair of all building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Clean grounds, common areas, and offices.
Complete maintenance service requests and emergency calls.
Assist with apartment turnovers, painting, and appliance repairs.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 150+ unit property.
Proficiency in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Customer service orientation, flexibility, and teamwork.
Reliable transportation is required.
Availability for on‑call rotation.
Compensation and Benefits
$21–$24 per hour DOE.
Monthly bonuses.
10 days PTO per year.
10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days per year.
48 hours paid sick time.
