Supply Chain: The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group’s success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness. Through their efforts, they contribute to both short-term achievements and long-term growth.

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

We are looking to add a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to our Distribution Center team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the integration & implementation of focused improvement efforts for the site as well as providing ownership and support of sites data integrity, visibility, and automation. Responsible for all outcomes related to the techniques, processes, and systems in FG DC, ML, Vehicle Maintenance and Railcar Maintenance. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:

Define standard processes for managing and calibrating KPIs to properly execute processes

Create, update and execute SOPs, organize SOP library for the site

Work with Department Supervisors to optimize operational schedules

Share best practices, identify areas of improvement, track continuous improvement initiatives

Communicate any procedural issues with service providers including Maintenance

Support large/small scale projects/modifications in area to ensure maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting match the desired operational speed

Continuously improve standards and processes related to CL, KPIs, and overall system health

Utilize centerlines and KPI data to troubleshoot and ensure consistent operational performance

Train and coach Supervisors on best practices for Center lining, and KPI management

Perform health check audits to ensure plan and activities are on track

Participate in department reviews and activities to ensure that work is properly integrated, and that progress is on track

Coach teams through implementation of tools that build effective performance teams

Data

Coordinate with software SME’s to Support/lead data collection, visualization and automation initiatives

Provide support and training when deploying new tools and updates related to software or KPI tracking.

The Perfect Blend: Experience

5+ years manufacturing or distribution center experience or related field in a consumer product manufacturing environment

TPM or lean manufacturing experience

Data analysis and automation

Hands-on experience using data visualization platforms such as: PowerBI, Tableau, Zarpac, SQL, etc.

Ability to flex schedule to accommodate production needs (some weekends will be required)

Experience leading cost reduction/cost control initiatives

Willingness to assume other responsibilities and perform special functions as may be assigned by the Director Bradenton DC Logistics.

Engineering or related technical or Business degree, preferred

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future

Located in Bradenton, Florida surrounding area preferred or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
