We are hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our team! Our Refrigeration Engineers design various refrigeration projects and are responsible for maintaining the quality of work that meets our quality standards. The Refrigeration Engineer is a key team player in representing the company to the customer in a manner that ensures effective communication and a positive relationship. Perks Of Joining ColonialWebb Competitive salary Career development and progression 401(k) plan with company match PTO and paid holidays Excellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefits Employee Assistance Program Employee referral incentives What You Will Do Design refrigeration systems for food distribution centers, cold storage, and food processing facilities Develop flow diagrams, plans and specifications for refrigeration systems Perform heat load calculations to determine facility refrigeration requirements Conduct heat transfer and thermodynamic analysis associated with sizing and selection of refrigeration equipment, piping, and control valves Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to others in the development of construction layouts, documents and specifications for projects What We Are Looking For Degree in Engineering Successful completion of EIT or PE exam (preferred) 5 years industrial refrigeration engineering and design experience (preferred) Knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials, engineering standards and codes Ability to analyze complex engineering problems Advanced technological proficiency including strong Microsoft Excel skills Ability to handle a dynamic, fast paced workload of multiple assignments EOE M/W/Disability/Vets Veterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply
