Client Services Manager-B2B
for our client, a national leader in industrial and commercial services. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position ideal for a proactive professional ready to lead a team, solve problems, and influence operations across departments. Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of 2–4 customer service associates, ensuring timely execution of daily tasks. Oversee multi-channel customer interactions including phone, email, and internal communications. Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking. Manage order processing, customer data, and application workflows. Maintain accurate, timely communication with cross-functional teams such as sales and operations. Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for workflow improvements. Contribute to strategic projects and support operational planning efforts. Provide process feedback and support system updates or policy changes as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing or supervising a customer service or operations team. Proven experience in B2B environments, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; CRM or ERP system experience is a plus. Typing speed of at least 60 WPM and strong ten-key data entry skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
